Hello I'm Miguel and founded Madeira Off Road Tours as a small local business built around my passion for showing visitors the authentic side of Madeira. We work only with local passionate guides and rather than following the standard tourist routes, I enjoy taking guests to hidden places, quiet mountain roads, and local spots that many visitors never get to see.

As an independent guide, I don't rely on large travel agencies for bookings. Most of my work comes from guest recommendations and word of mouth, which means every tour is personal and every feedback matters. My reputation depends on the experience I provide, so I always do my best to make each tour memorable, relaxed, and authentic.
