You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your tour's start time and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
You can cancel or change your booking yourself using the link in your booking confirmation email.
Cruise passengers
Cruise passengers: if your ship is unable to dock due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond your control, you are entitled to a full refund, even within 24 hours.
